As the name implies I come to you. I have forty five years of experience as a Notary Public, and also do loan signing services for Signing Agencies, Title Companies and Lenders. My experience in this line of work is long time, having done over three thousand [3000] closings and I am able to give the borrower a good synopsis of the documents they will be signing. I  have been a Wisconsin licensed Real Estate Broker for forty six [46] years and have a good understanding of loan documents.

Of course I do all types of Legal notarizing that an affiant may need.

My hours of availability go beyond normal office hours in order to fit your schedule.
